Terms & Conditions

Each lesson booked will last for the period of one hour when the pupil enters the car provided that the pupil
enters the car at the arranged/pre-booked time.

Where the instructor may arrive slightly late for a lesson due to circumstances beyond his/her control, the
instructor will make efforts to extend the 'finish' time of the lesson by the same amount of time or add the
time on to the following lesson.

All teach-me-to-drive.co.uk instructors are authorised Approved Driving Instructors (DSA ADI) or legally
authorised instructors (DSA PDI)

teach-me-to-drive.co.uk may substitute another instructor if unforeseen circumstances arise.

The pupil may be permitted to use the training car for their driving test only if the driving instructor is
satisfied that the pupil is at the required standard.

The cost of the use of the training car for the driving test period is payable. Please refer to pricelist.

Pupils must expect to be accompanied by a supervisor for some of the time that instruction is being given
by an authorised PDI

Payment for lessons are due at the beginning of each lesson unless prepaid.

Payments can be either cash or cheque. Cheques should be payable to the named instructor (franchised)
and the cheque card number to be written on the back.

The pupil agrees that teach-me-to-drive.co.uk Motoring School have no liability to the pupil for any loss,
injury or damage. The agreement is with Instructor.

All instructors are franchised and self-employed. All contracts are between instructor and pupil. All funds
are paid directly or indirectly to the instructor. teach-me-to-drive.co.uk administrates forwarding of any
prepaid funds directly to the instructor in regard to all tuition received, therefore, when driving tuition is
started it is the responsibility of the pupil to reconcile tuition received against funds paid with the instructor.
Any transaction dispute should be raised with the instructor.

Please note:
48 hours notice is required in order to cancel a lesson otherwise you will be charged for the period booked.
